Sinan Siner is an international artist manager, booking agent, promoter and music-business consultant with more than 27 years of experience across nightlife, club shows, festivals, touring, artist management, booking and labels.
His career has included international work across Europe, Türkiye, the United States and other markets, including two years living in Los Angeles.
He has worked from different sides of the table — artist, agency, promoter, venue, touring and commercial negotiations — which means the advice is based on how the business actually works, not how it looks from the outside.

SIN MB is the music-business consulting and business-advisory brand built around Sinan Siner’s professional experience. Artist management and booking representation are handled through SIN Artist Management.
2. What is the difference between Consulting and Services?
With Consulting, SIN MB advises you, structures the project with you and helps you make professional decisions. With Services, the relevant SIN operation actually performs specific work such as artist management, booking representation, tour management or venue entertainment management.
3. What is included in the €299 Music Business package?
The package contains all three professional kits together: Artist Management, Promoter / Organizer and Music Label. They are sold only as one complete package.
4. Can I purchase only one of the three kits?
No. The three kits are offered only as one complete package: Artist Management, Promoter / Organizer and Music Label.
5. What is 1:1 Music Business Strategic Advisory and how much does it cost?
It is direct private consulting with Sinan Siner for your real career, company, project or business situation. The current fee is €2,900 per month and includes a minimum of 12 hours of direct 1:1 consulting during the 30-day period.
6. Do you offer consulting specifically for artist management?
Yes. Private Artist Management Consulting is available for artists and managers who need professional support with career structure, positioning, booking strategy, fees, agencies, promoters, team structure, touring and long-term management decisions. Scope and duration are determined after an initial assessment.
7. Can you help me set up my own booking agency?
Yes. SIN MB offers Booking Agency Setup & Operations Advisory covering artist onboarding, offers, contracts, deal memos, info sheets, payments, booking workflow, CRM, riders, advancing, communication systems and overall agency infrastructure. The current fee starts from €4,900 per month, with a minimum engagement of three months (€14,700).
8. Can you help me establish a music label from the beginning?
Yes. Music Label Setup & Operations Advisory can cover business structure, website direction, distribution strategy, agreements, royalty systems, release workflows, artist onboarding, catalogue management, A&R structure and relevant industry introductions. The current fee starts from €6,500 per month, with a minimum engagement of three months (€19,500).
9. Do you guarantee a distribution deal, artist signing, booking or partnership?
No. Where appropriate, we can use our network to create relevant introductions and opportunities, but every third-party deal remains subject to interest, approval, availability, budget and commercial terms.
10. Do label and agency setup projects include contracts and templates?
They can include professional operational templates such as artist agreements, release agreements, distribution structures, deal memos, offer sheets, info sheets and other business documentation. Final legally binding contracts should always be reviewed by the client’s qualified lawyer before use.
11. Does SIN Artist Management manage artists?
Yes, selectively. SIN Artist Management handles artist management. Before entering a management relationship, we evaluate the artist, music, market position, team, ambitions and whether we genuinely believe our involvement can add meaningful value.
12. Can SIN Artist Management act as my booking agency?
Yes, for suitable artists. SIN Artist Management can manage booking enquiries, availability, offers, negotiations, artist fees, contracts, deposits, promoter communication, riders, advancing, travel requirements and professional booking administration.
13. Can you book international artists, celebrities or athletes for my event?
Depending on the project, yes. Through relationships developed over many years, the relevant SIN operation can approach artists, management companies, agencies, celebrities and talent representatives for festivals, nightclubs, brands, private events, corporate projects and special appearances.
14. How do I know which service is right for me?
Send us a short explanation of who you are, what you are currently doing and what you need. We will determine whether you need SIN MB consulting, a setup project, SIN Artist Management representation or another operational service — or whether we are not the right fit for the request.
